How to Apply
To begin the process to apply for funding from the Foundation, please contact the Foundation’s Executive Director to discuss your proposal and obtain the needed application forms. All applications are required to be in the format provided by the Foundation. Along with the application forms, prospective applicants will also receive a summary of the information required to be included in the proposal. Twelve hard copies of the completed proposal are required to be submitted the Foundation’s office prior to the appropriate deadline as listed below.
The Foundation’s Executive Director can provide feedback on the application and will discuss any additional information or clarification needed with the applicant. The Foundation’s board of directors makes the final decisions of whether or not an application will be funded at regularly scheduled meetings.
